Terms of service

1. Services

Everklick Solutions Inc provides IT services including:

• Cloud Resource Configuration and Optimization

• Hybrid Cloud Connectivity Setup

• Security Implementation and Testing

• Infrastructure Setup and Management Services commence upon payment and are completed within the specified timeframe, subject to client cooperation.

2. Payment and Billing Terms

Payment Processing:

• Full payment required before service commencement

• Payments accepted via credit card, wire transfer, ACH, or check

• All transactions processed in USD

• Recurring services billed on the first of each month

• Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase

• Services not yet commenced are eligible for full refund

• Commenced services are non-refundable

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

• Refunds issued to original payment method

Dispute Resolution:

• Disputes must be filed within 30 days of charge

• Required documentation: service records, communications

• Chargebacks will be contested with evidence

• Client agrees to work in good faith to resolve disputes

Price Changes:

• 30 days notice for any price modifications

• Changes apply to next billing cycle

• Client may terminate services if unwilling to accept new pricing

3. Support and Maintenance

• 30 days priority technical support included

• Response times: - Critical issues: 2 hours - High-priority issues: 4 hours - Standard issues: 8 business hours

• Extended support available through separate agreements
